At that point, we will design a program suited just for you and your lifestyle. After that, I’ll recommend the next steps to take. Whether it is one-on-one Personal Training, outdoor BootCamps, or group CrossFit classes that you are interested in, I have the necessary means to help you achieve your personal best.

I offer consultations on meal plans, supplement recommendations, program design, fat loss tips, strategies on gaining lean muscle mass on a vegan diet, and everything else in between. The rates are $30 for 30 minutes and $50 for 1 hour.
